The Singer Table

Inspired by my Dad, this piece is similar to the one built for my sister’s apartment. With its narrow appeal, it fits right in to a railroad style layout. Originally a freezer door on a ship, built out of teak wood with a galvanized sheet metal backing, the top of this table had been in my Mom’s basement ever since I remember. The Singer bottom legs removed from a sewing machine table on its way to the scrap yard. All brass hardware and 3 half- inch cross bars for stability make this a perfect entry or computer table.
