Originally tin roller able to clamp anywhere if need be. It still remains true for the lamp, I created out of it. Fitting for a desk, or bedside table, this light can be placed pretty much anywhere with a ledge. Considering my trial and error record is out of this world, the two lamp shade arms didn’t take that many tries to get the bends correct. Holding the bulb is a porcelain socket out of an old industrial paint booth. I knew I wanted to build a light soon after finding this clamp, but had some trouble coming up with a lamp shade. I found this porcelain painted garage light in my friend’s grandmother’s garage. Thanks for the shade Matt.
